Class 2 Digital Certificates

As in ROC e-filing is made compulsory, every director or signing authority needs to hold a Digital Signature Certificate. As per MCA21, it is mandatory to get Class-2 or Class-2 with PAN Encryption Digital Signature Certificate for any individual who is obliged to sign manual documents and returns filed with ROC. Also, an individual is required to obtain Class-2 DSC with PAN Encryption for e-filing his return with Income Tax, India.

Class 3 Digital Certificates

Class 3 DSC is the enhanced version of Class 2 DSC. This Certificate allows you to Participate/Bid in any kind of On-line Tenders/Auction across India. And every vendor is needed to use a Class 3 Digital Signatures Certificate to participate in the e-tendering process

What is a Token :-

Token is the Hardware carrier of the Digital signature . Which is used to plug in a electronic media as PC or laptop to apply the digital signature.
